September 11, 2008 - While Congress continues to spend without restraint, they also continue to raise their own pay. Since his election in 1997, Ciro Rodriguez has accepted $154,700 in pay raises. Why would we give anyone in Congress a pay raise while they are attempting to bankrupt our country? Congress needs to end reckless spending and we must restore fiscal discipline in Washington. |
